Question 1. What type of vehicles do you have?
Answer: The available vehicles are:
- Mercedes S-Class/ Audi A8–Luxury category
- Mercedes E- class/ Audi A6. –Executive category
- Citroën C5/ Ford Mondeo or similar – Standard category
- Mercedes Viano/ VW transporter – Minivan – 7 pax

Question 2. What if my flight is delayed?
Answer: Malaga airport transfers has access to flight information for flights arriving and departing at Malaga Airport and are informed when flights are delayed. Our chauffeur will be waiting for you even when you arrive earlier or later. Therefore it is important to leave the correct flight details on time of reservation.
Question 3. How can I find the driver at the airport?
Answer: The driver will be waiting for you in the main arrival hall, just after passing the security check, in the terminal where your flight arrives. The driver will carry a sign with your name. However, in case of any incidence you can call the emergency telephone number +34 607 839 709.
Question 4. Do you have Baby/Child seats?
Answer: Yes. Our company of transfers has different seats depending on age and weight of the child, the price is 5 € per unit. According to the regulation RD 1428/2003 of 21st November, Rules for Circulation, it is forbidden to travel with minors without using an approved restraint system which is suitable for their height and weight.
Question 5. How much luggage can I take without problems?
Answer: Up to 2 large suitcases and 3 medium ones in the cars and up to 7 big suitcases in the minibus. For minibuses are trailers available which offer a lot of extra space for extra luggage or golf bags.
Question 6. Are vehicles and drivers insured?
Answer: All our vehicles are insured as signed by the law of the Ministry of Transportation, with civil liability cover for passengers.
Question 7. Do you have 24 hour service?

Question 8. How do I know that MALAGAAIRPORT-TRANSFERS.com is a legal company?

Question 9. Can I change my transfer?
Answer: Yes, up to 24 hours before arrival it is possible to change the pick up hour, day, car category and transfer destination by email firstname.lastname@example.org and telephone (+34) 952 96 27 10 . In case of last minute modifications (24hrs prior to arrival) you can call our emergency telephone (+34) 607 839 709.
Question 10. Do I have to tip the driver?
Answer: Only if you wish
Question 11. Can the driver help me with the luggage?

Question 12. Once I have made the booking, do I need to confirm?
Answer: No, once you have made the reservation and you have received the confirmation voucher, you do not have to do anything else, your transfer or transfers will be confirmed.
