Private Transfers Terms and Conditions
We use the following cars:
- Standard: Ford Mondeo, Citroen C5 or similar.
- Executive: Mercedes E or Audi A6
- Luxury: Mercedes S or Audi A8
- Minivan: Mercedes Viano or VW Transporter
1. Finding your driver
The driver will be waiting for you in the main arrival hall, just after passing the security check, in the terminal where your flight arrives. The driver will carry a sign with your name. However, in case of any incidence you can call the emergency telephone number +34 665 612 305.
2. Insurance
As all our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations, both its drivers and passengers are covered.
3. Delayed flights
Don't worry if your flight is delayed, we always wait for our clients. We track your flight number, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight arrives.
4. Luggage
Standard taxis have room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases. On the other hand, minibuses have room for 7 large suitcases.
5. Drivers
All our drivers are fully licensed and they can speak perfect English (be aware of unlicensed companies!).
6. Facilities for small children
You can hire baby and child seats for 5 euros a trip.
7. Timetable
We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (including public holidays).

Important note: The company is not obligated to make extra stops that have not been booked previously, for example, collecting keys, stops at the grocery store, etc. Consult the driver beforehand.
Shuttle Terms and Conditions
We will provide a vehicle, suitable for all passengers which whom you are sharing this transfer.
1. Finding your driver
Your driver will wait inside the arrivals hall and will be holding a shuttlemalaga.com sign with your name on it. If you think you are lost, just call this number: +34 665 612 305.
2. Insurance
Our company meets all EU regulations and the Liability of passengers. In addition, we pass all regular inspections.
3. Delayed flights
Don't worry if your flight is delayed, we always wait for our clients. We track your flight number, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight arrives.
4. Luggage
One suitcase for each passenger.
5. Drivers
All drivers are fully licensed and qualified to provide transfers.
6. Facilities for small children
You can hire baby and child seats for 5 euros a trip. Please let us know the children's weight and age in order to provide you the most suitable seat for them.
7. Services and Timetable
Minimum 2 passengers required per shuttle booking. We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
